I’ve bought my software, I’m ready for it to be expertly installed! Where do I start?

First, shoot us a message! Let us know your timeline, goals, and we’ll follow up within 48 hours with any additional inquiries and an estimate.

Is there any kind of warranty?

Yes, we are proud to offer a 60 day warranty after installation. This way, clients can come to us with any training issues or bugs that need to be worked out.

What if the installation requires LESS or MORE hours of work than originally estimated?

If your ERP project requires less time, you will ONLY be charged for the time spent. If your project requires more time, you will NOT be charged for additional hours.

What can I expect to happen once Delata and I enter into a contract?

Glad you asked! Here’s what you can expect:

  1. You sign off to begin working on the solution
  2. We obtain access to your virtual private network (VPN)
  3. We develop and test
  4. We deliver and install
  5. We obtain your sign-off on the delivered solution
  6. Then for the next 60 days any bugs submitted by the client are dealt with and resolved

I’m interested in the project management mentorship program. How long does that typically take?

Training time varies according to the program you’ve selected, and can change depending on needs and identified solutions.

  • The Shadow Program: 1 week
  • The PMOptimize Program: 2 weeks
  • Mentor Program (one-on-one or a small group): Several weeks, depending on outlined topics and specified needs.

I have a group of three managers interested in the Mentor Program, is that too many?

Nope! We’re happy to work with groups of three! For the sake of clarity, however, three is the maximum we allow for this personalized training.
