René Millette’s interest and passion for Project Management came on the heels of extensive experience in software and algorithm development early in his career. After graduating from McGill University and receiving his Masters from Queen’s University, René’s aptitude for systems and software engineering lead him to some truly innovative fields.

It was through this background that he discovered the power of leadership and management, which facilitated his transition from engineer to project leader from the early 90’s to today.

In an effort to pay it forward, René volunteered in PMI Montréal’s mentoring program in 2014 and imparted the tools and tips of the trade he’s come to know and love.

As a result, he developed his own mentoring programs, focusing on empowering managers, teams, and organizations.

It was around this time that he developed a partnership with a well-respected Mexican IT consulting firm of over 400 specialists, where his fluency in Spanish, French and English came in handy. It is his desire to bring these specialists to the forefront for professional services in Canada, and help bring together clients in need with established ERP services.
